Questions

Volunteering FAQ

Still unsure? Write to us — we're happy to talk.

Do I need any experience?

No. Most seva needs only sincerity and a willing heart. Where skills are needed (teaching, medical camps, tech), we'll ask about them on the call.

Can I volunteer remotely?

Yes — media, design, technology, content and some teaching seva can be done from home. Choose "Remote / online" under availability.

Is there a minimum time commitment?

No fixed minimum. Even a few hours during a festival helps. Regular sevaks are simply asked to inform the coordinator if their availability changes.

Can I stay at the ashram while volunteering?

Longer-stay seva is possible depending on space and the season. Choose "Full-time stay at ashram" and the coordinator will discuss the details with you.
